The Community Employment Agency (CEA)

The Community Employment Agency (CEA) is a division of Moncton Employment & Training Services (METS) that provides employment services to people with intellectual disabilities (including those considered slow learners) and people with brain injuries.

The Community Employment Agency has been providing employment assistance services since the early 1980s. In 2003, the CEA expanded its services to include southeastern New Brunswick and partnered with employers to help meet their labour needs. The CEA works with both employers and individuals to ensure long-term success. All our services are free for both job seekers and employers. The CEA offers services in both official languages.

We are success-oriented, offering services that generate positive long-term results for employers and job seekers.
